Can I enrol in training or receive a personalised route now?
Not yet. The skills-and-pathways proposition is being developed; training enrolment and individual route services are not available here.
Is this a ranking of Maltese employers?
No. SHaiPING Malta is being developed as a national workplace evidence and benchmark observatory, not a public company-ranking or certification system.
How is it related to the ThinkPeople Index?
SHaiPING Malta is a distinct national edition of the underlying human-centred framework. Malta’s population, evidence boundaries and interpretation rules need their own governance.
Have the conceptual pillars been scientifically validated?
Not yet. Their content validity, empirical behaviour and weighting require independent testing and ratification before stronger claims are made.
Does artificial intelligence determine the score?
No. AI-related evidence may help interpret context, but it does not mechanically change the Index calculation or replace human judgement.
How will those missed by the evidence be considered?
Coverage must be part of the reading itself. A responsible national picture states whom it reflects, who was not reached and where reliable interpretation is not possible.
What is The Future Link?
It connects what is learned now with choices that may shape tomorrow. It is not a prediction engine or an automated instruction.
